Stavo sostituendo i paraocchi normali con quelli elettrici nel mio appartamento, ho trovato questo in bagno.
Sembra che non sia rimasto nulla all’interno, quello che ho toccato era croccante e morbido.
Inoltre è vicino ai tubi caldi degli edifici.

Looks Like a Wasp Nest
A hornet/wasp nest. If there are no hornets around, you can just remove it, they look rather interesting on the inside. Also check if there are gaps they can enter the space.
Wasp Nest.
Thankfully (I think, I am not an insect specialist) it should be empty since Wasps die in the winter and only a queen will be hidden away somewhere, waiting for spring, when they hatch and fly off to build a new nest somewhere.
