      Russian exodus I can understand (though I didn’t know they were a majority in any region of Jakakhk), but Georgians?

      makes you wonder if Artsakhtsis had no aspirations for independence and there was no war, would the Azeri’s have let them flourish and gain majority like Javakhk?
