Ciao a tutti, ho un problema riguardante il riscaldamento del mio appartamento. Stamattina funzionava ancora e dopo aver sentito uno strano suono provenire dalla macchina per il riscaldamento, tutto il riscaldamento improvvisamente non funzionava, compresa l’acqua in cucina e nella doccia. Cosa dovrei fare? Qualcuno ha qualche idea su come risolvere questo problema?

Try pressing the reset button for a few seconds. If it doesn’t work, call your landlord.
It seems the Flame turned off or could not start a flame due to the Elektroden either being faulty or dirty. Try to reset it.

If the “5” is the error code then it’s “Flammenausfall im
Betrieb”.
Try pressing the red button and see if it happens again.
Hi I had the same issue as you. here is how I fixed it:
The order of these steps are important.
Edit: regarding the machine in the first pic
-Turn the two knobs on the right all the way to the right (clockwise)
-Turn on hot water in the shower.
-Hit the red button a couple of times
– enjoy having hot water again.

Looks like the water pressure is below the green area. You have to fill up water. There’s usually a hose for that.
