This guy is a douchebag. The other one is Lavrov, an even bigger douche.
If you look closely there isn’t anyone in this clip who isn’t a douchebag.
He is speaking only of the automatic notification as a redundancy. There are guidelines for launches that stipulate notification well in advance of 30 minutes and Russia followed them all because not doing so would have been pretty stupid.
It is my most sincere hope that a dildo covered in shards of jagged glass features prominently in both of these men’s futures.
To be used on them, I mean. In their rectums, ideally.
