The police and special forces committing these crimes, were they newly hired specifically by the pro-Russian government, or were they employed as police and special forces during the pro-Western government as well?

The police often commit crimes, in every part of the world.

They have the mentality that order is better than collective suffering it springs from. They can’t empathize with the needs of the people.

This mentality needs to change. It makes them closer to the criminals they are trying to fight.
