Ceasefire isn’t the answer, Russian troops need to leave Ukrainian territory.

In the third year of the two week special military operation, Putinis still far from the multiple-time reduced military and political goal. Given the enormous losses it has already cost Russia, I don’t think he could sell freezing the situation as a success at home, especially if the sanctions and arming of Ukraine would continue. So I assume Putin would need concessions from the west and the US to even agree to a cease fire.
