Alcune domande. Nella foto n. 1 ci sono 3 buchi e so che il terzo è per il terreno. Va bene usare/collegare solo 2 poli? Mentre nella foto 2, non ne ho idea.

It isn’t. The ground on lighting sockets like that is a protruding prong. The three hole type plug is for a light fixture (typically a chandelier) with two separate connections.

It is, though you’ll end up with one inoperative light switch.

It’s a simple “sugar cube” connector. [You screw the wires going to the light fixture straight onto the connector](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZOSEgTTyYE). (Or install a plug.)

If you’re unsure about electrical connections, please consider hiring a professional.
Normally if you can fit a factory made plugin to a factory made outlet, it should be fine. The second one is basically the first one with the cover part removed, and a connection ”sugar cube” added. You need to attach wires from the lamp to the cube, or install the cover part.
you can get similar cover & socket for fixture #2 from basically any hardware store/supermarket/tokmanni. if your light needs a plug for that, ikea : koppla
