This shows that Russia has spent the same amount as the hole west in this war.
This is the problem with bored billionaires. Once they’ve got every luxury toy and incredible palace imaginable, what else can they spend the money on?
They could spend this money on building hospitals, roads schools, houses, etc. But Putin thought that it’s better to spend all this money on a useless war.
Which is much less than the cost of rebuilding Ukraine, which should be Russia’s obligation to pay for, or they should be made to pay for it by every single international payment to Russia being taxed.
