Seems a bit low. I’m not sure what the average none working Syrian refugee costs the state but it’s surely a lot more than that a year. Might as well make it an amount that actually gives them a chance.

This is hilarious that we have to ask them to leave. That’s not how it’s supposed to work.

It’s a really good idea, they will save money in the long run

The title is massively misleading. It’s not Germany proposing this or even the government but a few politicians whose party is still in the opposition and there are a lot more voices criticising moves to declare Syria a safe country before we know how it’s gonna turn out but good move shitting on Germany again with shitty journalism.

A bit early to be honest. Two thirds of the country went from being controlled by a brutal dictator to being controlled by an islamist terror organization. The other third is still controlled by the Kurds. There were always more then two sides to this conflict. Just because one got eliminated, it doesn’t mean the civil war is over. The SNA and the YPG are still fighting right now.
The next week’s will decide if Syria will be safe enough to return to. HTS needs to prove they can build a stable, tolerant and safe state first. Then we can talk about people returning.

This is misleading, it was proposed by one politician (Jens Spahn. CDU).

Easy fix, point guns at them, give them a clear and concise order to get the fuck out or die, ???, set up policies to ensure a Germany for Germans remains forever so we don’t end up in this trashy mess again.

At the rate Israel is marching into Syria they won’t be able to go home. Unless they want to be treated like the Palestinians of course.

Another reason to NOT vote CDU:
They clearly lack tact and humanity.

The regime they fled is over right? So they can go home?
