He deducted 350 for getting rid of your trash, 123 for Nebenkosten in 2023, and kept 500 for further Nebenkosten of the last three months of your contract in 2024. Most of the 500 you should eventually get back once the Nebenkostenabrechnung for 2024 is done. That’s a quite a lot though, considering for most of 2023 you paid only 123 Euros.
Nebenkosten should not be deducted from your deposit though, I think.
I don’t know why he charges you 25 in “Kautionskontogebühren”. That seems iffy.

He deducted 25 Euro for account management fees for the deposit account, he can’t do that. He did not add any interests to the deposit, what he should have done, but as interests are quite low at the moment, this won’t change much.
He deducted 350 Euro because you left some trash, either in the apartment or somewhere illegal outside. It would also be illegal waste disposal if you simply put your rubbish or old furniture next to the rubbish bins. This is not allowed; the city cleaning service will not just take it away. This could explain these costs.
He deducted 123,34 for utilities (Nebenkosten) for 2023 – he can do that, but you need to get a detailed list of additional costs like heat and water. He is keeping an amount of 500 euros to cover a possible claim for the additional costs in 2024 – in principle he is allowed to do that, but the amount is quite high compared to the additional payment for 2023. This could be disputed. But as soon as the bill for 2024 comes, it will be settled in detail anyway. So you have to decide for yourself whether the dispute is worth it now, in the end you won’t have a cent more left in your pocket, but you may have to wait until the end of 2025 for the detailed bill.
