“Per molti moscoviti la guerra della Russia in Ucraina è ancora qualcosa di molto lontano, qualcosa che vedono in TV o sui loro telefoni. Ma l’uccisione di un generale russo a Mosca è il segno che la guerra è reale e vicina a noi”. Il nostro reportage da Mosca. Steve Rosenberg per BBC News

It’s not a terrorist attack, it is war. You get what you asked for, Russia.

We don’t know if ir was a terrorist attack. People can fall out of windows or die of scooters explosion any day I think.

There should be more of these, at least once weekly. Let the ruskis live with the same terror that they inflict upon others

Won’t be crying many tears over this stain on humanity.

Bit sad to see the state of the scooter though, it didn’t deserve this.

How is Moscow gonna respond. They are doing their best to destroy Ukrain already

I think they are missing the point. At any time and anywhere in Russia, Ukrainians could blowup someone, but they don’t. They only act when there is a reason, such as responding to war crimes. Don’t commit crimes, don’t get blown up. It’s that simple.

Couldn’t care less, glad that one of the war criminals is dead

This narration is insufferable. Taking viewers for toddlers.

So they claim that Zelenskyi has signed his death sentence? Again? I dont think theres any more space on that document with all those previous signatures.

Love how it shook the ice off everyone’s windows.
Therefore this will be described as a special defrosting operation

This is what they signed up for. Even if Russia wins the war there will always be pockets of resistance and these assassinations would continue to happen from time to time.

Generals will get hazard pays and have their security ramped up. Not much will change for an ordinary Muscovite.
