Volevo acquistare online un biglietto giornaliero per tutti e 5 i musei, ma il sito dice che la maggior parte dei musei sarà chiusa per riparazioni da ottobre 2023.
Sono così chiusi o la pagina non è stata aggiornata?

No, only the Pergamon Museum is closed, you misread.
Only Pergamon is closed
Just criminally bad punctuation usage. The closed one is Pergamon. The rest are mentioned to explain where the ticket can be used.
