Ciao a tutti. Qualcuno può dirmi di cosa si tratta? Sembra muffa. L’ho trovato sotto i radiatori in un appartamento che ho acquistato.
Se sì, è tossico? Come posso gestire questa cosa? Sono un espatriato e non ho ancora molta conoscenza della manutenzione della casa :/

That looks like PF-Felt underfloor material.
Looks like its just the insulation material that’s coming out from below the flooring. Something like this: https://www.gamma.nl/assortiment/firstfloor-isoline-eco-3mm-9-32-m2/p/B279378
But guess it depends on the texture. Hard to tell from the pictures.

Looks like constuction foam, but I am not familiar with this green color in the photo.
What is the stucture like?
If it is foam you can cut it away with a type of knife like a breadknife.
Looks more like isolating material. The mold you find in walls /floors is usually black (😭) or white. Not so often green and foamy like this.
