My preference is Estonian mustard (yellow tube with the red cap). Others are just too weak.

The red one, or the very similar Turun sinappi – Väkevä are usually my go-to, but for christmas my girlfriend usually makes her own mustard with a bit of cognac

They’re alright on a sausage when drunk in the outside, but for the joulukinkku you need good old Dijon

Väkevä kotisinappi been my favourite for a while now. Although for most of the year I just keep dijon in stock as that is often called by recipes needing mustard and i use so little mustard most of the year that i then just use that when needed and just get package of kotisinappi on The start of the summer for sausages and when it empties back to Dijon.

Aura mustards, strength depending on what it’s applied to. Green cap for pea soup and Christmas ham, black cap for fries etc and the black package for grill sausage. I skip the red cap and don’t even acknowledge the abomination that is the blue cap. Fortunately the white cap (mustard/mayo combo) is discontinued. I’m yet to try the Auran Dijon.
