      If old man Donald wants to buy land, he should be willing to sell it, right?

      For example, selling Alaska back to Russia to pacify it for a little bit. Considering the inflation rate and the interest… 2.5-3 billion USD should be more than enough.

      Or selling Louisiana (the whole purchase) back to France. But this time the cost would be somewhere between 50 and 100 billion USD.
