This issue seems to be getting worse and worse every year, sooner or later some countries will definitely become endangered nationalities, i think it’s not just the cost of living and housing to blame here, another reason is people are not very family oriented anymore, and that’s completely okay, it should forever and always be up to couples if they want to bring children, but it’s so hard to bring a child in this awful and horrid timeline sadly…..
If any (many) government(s) would take climate change seriously and take action and create real policies and solutions to give us hope for future generations, maybe people would have more kids. That being said, an organic population decline is not really a bad thing. We just mismanage our resources and this interpret it to mean an inevitable problem with pensions and caring for the elderly.
Maybe immigration can solve this!! /s
Maybe if people were actually paid enough money to raise children this wouldn’t be an issue? Bésides the fact that its more likely every day that we’re all gonna die ? Just sayin…
Great news for the environment
I feel like we are gonna enter some kind of Handmaid’s Tale future. Like women are basically gonna be required to have children. My bet is that China or NK will soon do something like this.
