Hi all. So just got an email from my landlord a few days ago. Moved in a newly built place in April 2022. Moved out Feb 2024. About 80 sqm.
Does this price seem fair? Massive jump from 2022 to 2023
A bit odd that you have such a high difference for 2023 but not for 2022. 2022 should have been way worse given the insane gas prices that year compared to 2023 where a price limit was in place. Did your monthly payment or anything else change between these years?
Most of the cost is coming from heating warm water. You are paying 16€ per m3 and used 83m3 in 2023. The price is extremely high per m3, I am guessing you have Fernwärme right? 5700 kWh for an 80m2 apartment could be ok if your Energy efficiency is low, but I would check with the neighbours if possible.
