The new Syrian government could have confiscated all abandoned Ruzzzzzian weapons and handed them to Ukraine?? …..but it didn’t!!
Cheap oil for grain, should be a new initiative.
Also they should replace RuZ with UKR, let them rent the port, for business and aid.
