In December 2024, the first underground school in the oblast was opened in Zaporizhzhia, and another one is planned to be opened in the city soon. Ukrainian schoolchildren have also started studying in underground schools in Kharkiv and Mykolaiv oblasts.

I don’t get it, why can’t they do the same for the power sub stations?
Moving some power sub stations underground would be great protection, no?
reserve AA defense for the big power stations that can’t be moved underground.
