Should have been done 2 years ago!!
Since tariffs are so popular these days, how about tariffs against countries still buying oil from russia? India sending billions to russia in oil payment surely deserves a special consideration. The money collected can then be used to lower taxes in the countries collecting the tariff.
This final set of sanctions need to strangle the Ruzzian regime and go after anyone still dealing with Ruzzia to prop up their cartel.
