As of the General Election last month there are now only 7 male opposition Senators who have been in the Oireachtas since 2016 (and one of them wasn’t in the opposition when the story first broke).
So it’s one of six men. Basically this story is a live action remake of _Shall We Tell The President_ now.
The fact that he isn’t named, shows they know the accusation is defamatory – i.e. false.
Romania showed the purpose of the ramp-up of Russia scaremongering:
When it looks like the ‘wrong’ people will gain power in an election, there will be a scaremongering campaign about election interference, in order to stage a coup to annul the election result.
All of the people ramping-up Russia scaremongering, are laying the groundwork for pulling the rug out from under democracy – and that _just_ happened in Romania.
Note as well, that this is a _Murdoch/UK publication_, which already did interfere with our European elections…
