I’ve not seen much said against him but I also haven’t looked thoroughly into how he’s perceived – everyone seems to have had positive things to say about Jimmy. Rightfully so from what I have read and watched of him. That’s unique these days. Requiescat in pacem.

Everyone should read up on Jimmy Carter‘s life. He was a great man and I wish there were more of him in politics.
He spent his life giving to other people he worked building houses for poor people through Habitat for Humanity until his late 90s.
An extraordinarily generous and decent human being. He wasn’t a popular president, but he was widely admired and respected for his humanitarian work and philanthropy.
