Il mio treno da Amsterdam Centrale a Amburgo Altona è stato cancellato, quindi ho scelto un percorso diverso ma dice che devo assicurarmi che il nuovo percorso sia valido per il mio biglietto. Ho fatto qualche ricerca online su come effettuare il controllo, ma sono ancora confuso dato che è la prima volta che viaggio in Europa. In allegato i dettagli del mio biglietto.

As far as I recall, you should have received a notification in this case in your DB app that you can use any trains with your ticket. So, I think you can pick any route via connections of ICEs, and it should be fine.
I know this because once my trip from Basel to Bochum was cancelled. After that, the app told me that I could use any trains that took me to Bochum. So, I took multiple connections to finally reach home. The only issue you can face is that the train could be full and you might not get a seat.
