Oggi abbiamo ricevuto una lettera dal proprietario riguardante il pagamento del Nebenkosten dell’appartamento WG da cui mi sono trasferito. Tuttavia, sembra essere un po’ più alto di quanto ci aspettassimo.
C’è un modo per noi di sapere perché alla fine è stato così tanto? Se è il riscaldamento che abbiamo utilizzato, oppure l’acqua o qualcos’altro?
Ogni mese pagavamo 150 euro come Nevenkosten per 3 persone. Inoltre, ci siamo trasferiti solo a maggio 2023. Forse c’è un problema con la lettera?

There needs to be a detailed table how the costs were caused and what percentage is billed to your apartment
Is this the only page of the letter? Normally there should be an attachment that breaks down all the additional costs.
Where is the nebenkostenaufstellung?
so you moved in in may 2023? why does it show the costs from 01.01.2023 – 31.12.23 then? that’s 4 months too much already.
also where are the actual cost calculations? this is just the final bill, where are heating costs and the other bills?
I’m paying the same monthly Nebenkosten as you, and I received the same letter from my renting company, the amount I should pay is similar, they provided me with the full detail of tables and calculations and everything makes sense. I’ve seen the same case being posted in several Facebook groups too, to me it seems that our Nebenkosten were low compared to the increasing gas prices in whole Europe and we’re paying the consequences until now. My company adjusted my Nebenkosten and now I’ll pay close to 300 EUR per month to cover this usage.
