It’s taken quite a while for this to happen.
Some countries responded quickly, whilst others took their time to isolate Russia.
But through solidarity, the recalcitrant have, finally, joined in isolating Russia from the European gas market.
It’s a credit to the European population that, whilst this action increased the costs for individuals, the greater goal was the blow to Russian expansionist tendencies.
I really hope Germany reconsiders its position. We need our fuel. And we deserve our fuel at a competitive rate.
Don’t tread on me.
