      – The link is not the official DHL link.
      – There’s no tracking number.
      – The text follows the usual generic template that scammers use.
      – User has a hotmail account. We’re not in the 2000s.
      – You are not expecting any packets in the first place, are you?

      you wonder if a sms you received from yoj2k6ksl90v@hotmail.com is a scam? maybe the domain dpakha.top/post will answer you that question, does any of this look like some legit thing related to dhl.de?

      100% DHL has their own domain and are not using hotmail.com for emails.

      Well… do you think DHL will use Hotmail and do you also think DHL would use .top domain?
