To be honest I think Yeltsin did a great job.
Putin messed Russia up more than anyone else ever could.

Since ussr collapse in 1991, three European countries, Ukraine, ruzzia and beloruzzia, started thier journey as independent countries.
After 30 years, Ukraine had more different presidents than ruzzia and beloruzzia combined:
– Ukraine currently have 6th president.
– ruzzia had two (I don’t count medvedev as independent person, his is just a putins pawn).
– beloruzzia has only one president.
But still ruzzia and beloruzzia calls Ukraine as a country that has been occupied by their government and ruled by the regime.
