is this part of a movie/tv series?
Google Lens says its a hotel in Hungary. And the roof looks very similar, almost the same.

Second Picture seems to be a Restaurant in the Parisi Passage.

Yeah thats not in Munich. as others already said thats a hotel in Budapest.
Looks like Párisi Udvar in Budapest. They shoot a lot of movies set in other cities actually in Budapest. For example, many of the Moscow scenes in Die Hard 5.

It’s in Budapest, not Germany
None of the scenes were filmed in Munich. Filming locations were in Hungary, Austria, Croatia and London as far as I know. This particular location is in Hungary, Parisi Udvar Hotel.
