      I remember when fireworks felt special when they were planned only by the city government. Now every asshole thinks it is okay to freak out children, pets and wildlife for an hour.

      It’ll never happen because of corporate lobbying and public outrage, but I fully support this. Leave fireworks to professionals.

      I don’t need fireworks to have a great time. At least I still have 10 fingers and my dog feels better
