Probably “Chicken” as in “I am chicken” or “I am fearful”.
It is scientifically proven that people who vote conservatively/right-wing or think in those manners strongly tend to have a (sometimes vastly) more active “fear area” in their brain.
Edit: I have no clue in which exact study I read about that. But I bet you guys know what Google is.

They’re saying that all humans taste the same, so racism is silly.
I think the picture shows a demon(?), so from that perspective, only taste matters.
