      Zelensky’s composure, intellect & transparency during that interview was second to none. Some leaders of other countries could learn a lot from watching this guy.

      Lex Friedman lost a lot for me in this interview.

      He made Zelensky talk a lot in russian….and he wasn’t even good in this interview to pretend he has put some deep thoughts into it.

      Send Lex the video of the bus bombed by dropped munition by drone. Killing civilians . Negotiate with THAT? 🖕

      I wouldn’t expect Lex is so naively clueless, although I knew from his podcasts he tends to be, let’s say, sentimental. To us, who follow the war closely, some questions really felt weird, but it made me realise how even very smart people can have very naive opinions if they don’t understand the situation deeply. Zelensky made a very good job pointing out Lex was missing some key pieces of information. I have high hopes that Lex, and many other people who listened the podcast, will get informed and develop more realistic views.

      I don’t know how much he’s being paid, but it’s not enough to deal with that bullshit. I can only imagine some Ukrainian soldier, upon realizing this man was a Russian shill, deciding that rather than elucidate the failure in apologist logic he would eviscerate the shill here while he had him.

      But that would win the battle while losing the war – and that takes willpower.

      Zielinsky made Putin look like a mini-cretin. The dude is impressive.
