Se è così che chiamano "consegnato," Onestamente sono sconcertato dai loro standard di servizio.

I had the same problem today. Told Galaxus and they set my account so that they don’t deliver with Planzer anymore.
Planzer: 90+ years history in parcel delivery business. 0 years experience. Still learning. And competing with dpd in “who can reach the bottom faster…”
“Just put it somewhere” is the default setting for Planzer (but usually not for Swiss Post). They don’t even ring. Sometimes they don’t even walk the final 5 meters to the door & mailboxes and just put it on the ground in the garden
If you don’t want this, you can
a) chose Swiss Post as preferred delivery partner when ordering with Digitec/Galaxus
b) after you get the tracking link from Planzer, you have a setting where you can directly tell them to not put it somewhere
Nothing but terrible experiences with Planzer.
Hi, I’m a delivery driver for planzer, I can’t tell you the driver who did that did not follow planzer guidelines, he will probably get a bit of his quality bonus taken away, im sorry this has happend to you.
Planzer is a fkin trash company and also threats their employees bad.
I know 2 people who work at planzer. You absolutely do not want to ever work there.
