L’azienda è piuttosto grande e conta 300 dipendenti su Linkedin.
Moving to Helsinki, what salary should I ask for?

They might help you find a place to stay but you can expect to pay the rent by yourself. I don’t know about your experience but it sounds to me like anything less than €4000 per month is lowballing it. Please note that I’m not familiar with the gaming industry but rather with IT business solutions.
Look up somebody with the same title on Linkedin and ask them.
If privacy is important for you, just remember, if your annual salary exceeds 100,000 euros, your full name, home province and year of birth will be published by all major media outlets in each november.
Example: https://www.iltalehti.fi/verokone
Even if your income is not over 100k, your income information is still public and available to anyone at the tax office.
You didn’t mention whats the seniority you are applying for and your experience years. It’s ok to also state the offer you have right now so we can pitch on whether it makes sense. Salaries are almost public information in Finland.
Your work experience and background will of course affect how much they’re likely to accept but [here are some statistics on software developer salaries in Finland](https://tyopaikat.oikotie.fi/palkkavertailu/software-developer).
Btw. It’s a good idea to ask if they’re willing to offer some extra paid holidays as well. Many companies have the option of giving some for new employees if asked, but don’t offer them otherwise. (Finland has a pretty decent amount of paid holidays by law, but will take a while to “collect” the full amount.)
I’m working in (mobile) games industry in Helsinki, in marketing. I have 12 years experience and my gross salary is 8000€ per month,
Sounds like the company is either Rovio or Supercell. There’s no other companies in Helsinki that have more than 300 people in payroll. These companies can afford to pay good salary for good people. I don’t know your experience but if this is not a junior role, I would expect decent salary range to be in 5-8k€ per month. My advice is go higher rather than lower.
6k and up depending on experience and estimated productivity.
