Oh look, another reason why we should have a national, mandatory, photo ID card in this country. At this stage it’s just basic efficiency and anti-fraud. All the shitehawks who’ll whine about civil liberty and human rights can sod off. If you want to have a workable state machinery that gives people help when they need it and in the amount that they need it then everyone needs to row in and have a single standardised ID card.
And no, the PSC is not it. That was brought in on the sly by a right wing Govt as a way of controlling the plebs while letting the fat cats go about their business unaffected.
I’m talking about every man, woman and child; rich, poor and everything in between, signing up to the same system. By making it mandatory and universal the people at the bottom will benefit from the concerns expressed by the people at the top. Can’t say fairer than that.
