I feel like I’d need to refuse to answer most polls of that sort because the question is so often (deliberately) ambiguous.

Replace ´culture´ by ´beer´ and Belgium becomes the darkest of blue on that map.
I find this quite unbelievable. I’ve lived in recent times in UK, France and the Netherlands – none of these stats concur with my experience.
