      A massive L for my country not only from a humanitarian perspective, but especially given that if we let Bibi in without an arrest then we won’t have any right to complain in case Slovakian or Hungarian government decides to let Putin inside, as both situations would be against the ICC rulings.

      The European Commission is calling on Mongolia to fulfill its obligations to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and place Vladimir Putin under arrest during his ongoing trip to the country.

      “Mongolia is a state party to the Rome Statute of the ICC since 2002 with the legal obligations that it entails. We have raised our concern about the visit and stated our position of the ICC clearly via our delegation in Mongolia,” a Commission spokesperson said on Monday, referring to the treaty that underpins the tribunal.

      God damn spineless cowards

      I was expecting Duda to do this since he was always trying too hard to be a friend of israel but Tusk’s decision is disappointing and imo a major fuck up when he could sway some more moderate conservative votes to his side this way (people like my dad who hate both parties but hate israel more, which are suprisingly common among middle aged men )
