The russians are taking over Ukrainian territory, albeit slowly. The inability/unwillingness of the US, NATO and democracy in general to transfer the necessary amount of weapons to Ukraine shows the weakness of the West and the whole world can see it.
Well yes it does, not surprising given that 40-50 percent of NK troops sent to Ukraine have died.

Eh…all it does is signal that they found “worthless” humans to absorb ammo/ordinance. It’s not a good thing. A war of attrition isn’t favorable to Ukraine.
I can’t believe the west is just standing around as North Korea sends soldiers to attack Europe. I can’t imagine a more “we need to physically intervene” scenario.
Austin is in his fucking political appointee bubble, projecting the lame dick administration’s wishful, worthless talking points.
For all the hate here he is right.
In the context of having limited resources, and effectively no money left*, spending a bunch of resources on chaff level troops is a desperate move. It’ll depend on exactly how much Russia’s paying for them, but it’s very likely paying a heavy cost. It indicates they desperately want to reduce their own attrition, as otherwise those resources would be best spent elsewhere.
*The soverign wealth fund is effectively emptied and they’re printing money to fund stuff. They can obviously still pay their bills, it’s just now at the cost of devaluing the currency.

as a hook for an article from msk1 ru, regional news from Moscow.
