This is total nonsense. It just seeds more worry than the alert is worth.
With no description other than ‘suspicious’ it’s pointless.

Don’t know if it’s related but about an hour ago I saw a car speeding the wrong way near stareplatz toward the park on the tram tracks. Then a bunch of undercover cars, maybe 5-6, chasing it a few seconds later. And then a helicopter over the city.
This is just unreal. They sent an SMS to every cell phone within Luxembourg City to alert people that… a suspicious person is on the run? Welp, guess I better stay indoors tonight, wouldn’t want to look suspicious to anyone.
