Come al solito, la città funziona bene. Discuto spesso con i turisti della neve e di come la città riesca a gestirla così bene. L’esperienza e le tasse elevate sono fattori importanti.

Vantaa did get too more snow
Well, some 10+ years ago Helsinki got so much snow and was so unprepared that they were crying for military to help, so go figure if they really can handle snow that well after all. But it doesn’t make sense to invest in conditions which happen once in two decades.
Are bike lanes in good condition? 😉
