The question about investment diversity isn’t clear. Do I have 31+ investments if I own a fund that has 500 different stocks?
I’m not sure about your definition of net income
In your form it says: “NET income – income after all expenses, e.g. taxes, debts.” That sounds more like the definition of discretionary spending. Net income should be after taxes, but not after expenses and debt (I.e. mortgage, car loans).
