Ciao a tutti,
Eventuali approfondimenti o consigli sarebbero davvero utili! Grazie in anticipo.

Modem devices, and especially laptop chargers, are generally fine with this.
Get a travel adapter. Look on Amazon or whatever.
Alternatively, look to obtain a new charger cable from your manufacturer, assuming they are internationally active. Perhaps also on Amazon.
Ideally, You should be able to get a travel adapter or a schuko adapter from Woolworth.
Is your laptop pulling 16 amps? That is a a lot.
Is the cable you are holding removable from the brick further along? If so you can just buy a new cable with the correct plug for under €15 (first link: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/10A-16A-Supplies-Scanners-Printers-Monitors-1-5-m-power-cable/dp/B07F86VVSW but I’m certain you can find cheaper)
16A 250V = 4000W
Is it a portable bitcoin mining device?
Google Schuko or Gerätekabel.
Get a new power cable. They don’t cost much
I want to see your laptop 🙃
Can you post a picture of the other end of the cable?
You have to rip out your oven, behind it you should find some high power outlets.
I am assuming that this is the small 3-pin plug and not the large one that is used in India for large appliances like ACs (since it’s rated for 16A and not the normal 5A).
Then you will need one of these:

Just get a new Kaltgeräte-/Netzkabel
I used to use these: https://amzn.eu/d/4SFTnuO.
Is the other end of the power cable fixed to the power adaptor? Usually, they are removable and use one of three standard plugs: IEC C8, IEC C6 “Mickey mouse” / “Cloverleaf”, or IEC C14. You mention 16 amps. That would normally require a C20 plug, but I’ve only ever seen them for servers, not laptop power adapters.
You can readily get a cable that plugs into a German socket on one end, and has a C8, C6, or C14 plug on the other end (and you can get, although not as readily, get one with a C20 plug on the other end as well). Using that instead of your original cable eliminates the need for an adapter, which would not only be potentially harder to obtain, but also be an extra possible point of failure.
You’ll have to go to the airport and buy a south Africa to EU adaptor
The cable would be over capacitated. The plug and the cable are able to provide this, but the power supply will not ask for this. Show the plug on the power device, there should be the right information printed. On the other hand I back the given information: adaptor or new power supply, usually about 20€ off brand.
This is the AC adapter that came with my ASUS laptop. It’s a 240W power adapter (Model: ADP-240EB B) with an input of 100-240V ~ 50-60Hz, 3.5A and an output of 20V = 12.0A (240W).
