Should’ve been arrested for those teeth
People who have been convicted of crimes should not be able to bring these cases.
You’d have to wonder what the solicitor representing him is up to here. If he loses, this lad won’t have the money to settle the bill. He was trespassing and the owner had a legally held weapon.
This scumbag was arrested and escaped from Garda custody after fleeing to Spain.

He’s hardly a stand-up guy, and hopefully, his case will fail.

Is he not specifically absolved from being sued?
I mean obviously not if he’s got a solicitor to help him sue but I’d love to know on what grounds.
Trespassers suing for injuries is beyond a joke. Especially when they’re criminal dirt birds.
