Perché non finiscono/non finiscono mai le piste ciclabili?

Verovškova* ulica is a recent example, where they rebuild the terrible intersection with Vodovodna cesta after working on the underground pipes. Car road is freshly asphalted but it seems they forgot the sidewalk/bike path.

Cesta Ljubljanske brigade has a seperated protected bike path 🎉 for a small section but where it passes by a new development they… forgot it? It has been like this for at least a year, probably more.

Can someone enlighten me why this happens? In the Netherlands cars would be lit on fire for this.

Because fuck cyclists that’s why. Go with a car and cause more congestion.
