Non vengo dalla Svezia e mi stavo chiedendo una cosa: ho viaggiato, fatto campeggio e fatto escursioni attraverso la Svezia lo scorso settembre e il mio pranzo quasi tutti i giorni era un tubo di Fjällbrynt mjukost, su knäckebröd o Vetekaka. Ho ancora il tubetto sigillato e ho visitato la piattaforma di social media di questo marchio, ma ora vedo che li usano in tutti i tipi di ricette 😂🫣 Quindi ora mi chiedo, era proprio intenzione mangiarlo in questo modo? Come pranzo, su un pezzo di knäckebröd?🤭

Just on knäckebröd is more like for breakfast or maybee a little afternoon mellanmåls sammich for me with a cup of coffee.
yes, it’s normal to use it that way. it was ment to be used that way but people realized it was useful as an ingredient while cooking as well and so it became popular for that reason as well.
Mjukost + knäckebröd is a very common and well known thing for hiking, caravan camping or stays in cottages that lack electricity/refrigerators since both the spread and the bread last for a ridiculous amount of time in room temperature.
It’s also something you might keep at home or even at work as a backup breakfast or snack between meals.
Nutritionally speaking they’re kind of amazingly good together too.
