Secondo un sondaggio, la metà delle persone che vivono nelle zone rurali dell’Irlanda non si preoccupano della violenza domestica

I dont quite understand articles like this. They completely fail to expand on what exactly people are concerned/unconcerned about. If someone asked me whether I was concerned about domestic violence I would immediately ask them to expand on what it is they are asking. Am I concerned about being a victim? Am i concerned about the stigma? Am i concerned about the prevelance? Its far too vague and ineffective.
