returns some articles from last year and it seems there is a shortage of locomotives in Russia.
There is also a Russian fact check, but believe … I would rather drink Greenland wine.

The 3M62U is the three section variant of a locomotive also known
in Hungary, Poland as M-62 or in eastern Germany as class V200 or 120:
