      Trump is truly a wildcard. With his actions overtime and putin’s place in terms of power, it makes me cautiously optimistic that he’ll be for Ukraine, but only time can tell how he’ll truly act to do more.

      No, he didn’t. A reporter asked him and he said, as always, “might be”, “let’s see”.

      Each day as Trump wakes up, he still has no idea what his policies will be that day.

      He does more flips than a fast food burger chef.

      I would assume trump also asked what’s in it for him and his family

      It’s just words. He wants there to be a pause in fighting which he will try to justify by an entirely fake intention from Russia to engage in peace talks. This is to allow Russia to regroup. Trump works for Putin.

      I think Putin has something on trump during his first presidency. But that dynamic may have changed. Perhaps whatever Putin had the cia also has it too and made guarantees to trump he will never go to prison for it so long his actions doesn’t support Putin.

      That seems like a show.
      Because Putin will come to peace talks and then demand everything.
      Trump will force the deal on Putin’s terms and say his pressure made Putin talk and make peace.
      In practice he will try to force a surender wrapped in “big pressure for peace”.

      Even if Putin does show up to peace talks, what does he have to offer trump? This war is costing him everything, I truely think it is all or nothing for Putin now
