Biglietto annullato
Ho acquistato un biglietto da Pasau a Colonia ma non ho ricevuto altro che un biglietto cancellato (dopo 30 minuti)? Perché però? Ho pagato con la carta. Hanno portato lì i soldi… quindi… cosa potrei o dovrei fare? È normale?

Contact DB‘s customer support. r/germany is not DB‘s customer support.
Have you cancelled it or did they cancelled it? If db cancels it either they provide you alternative route to book for free or refund you back , either is you cancel it by yourself you will get the refund back . If you have any questions may be visit db office in hbf
