I think Indians and Brazilians admire America in general and want favorable relations with America, so they are not voting in favor of the US President but US in general and that’s why they have high ratings.
That’s not what the table says… It’s about it being a good or bad thing for your country (not about their opinion of Trump himself)
Well have to remember the European Council of Reeeeeeee has been more firmly entrenched and people have no freedom of speech. So of course they will have the more snobbish airs about them then our home grown left reeeeeee is US.

I was on a masters course with many international students from India and African countries. It was interesting to hear their take on US and UK politics. Made me realise how easy it is for idealogy and language to have different meaning for different groups of people.
They all thought that Brexit was had been good for the UK, and identifyed with the Conservative party. Then the tories changed the Visa regs, which means you need to earn £38k to be eligible to stay as a graduate, and you can’t bring parters/children over when you come to the UK for study. Totally shafted. It’s the same with low income families etc. The only people who really benefit from these parties are the very rich but they will always find a way to manipulate the situation to blame the left.
I hope we find a way to stop blaming each other and living in hate and fear so we can see through this bullshit 🙁

The reason is that the Indian government’s social media bot net generates and amplifies international content that shows Modi in good light. People are bombarded with content where Trump says a few nice things and Indians love some validation online
