So not 25% destroyed, but 25% suffered damage.

300 deaths is crazy.
But also, in Ireland we love to understate things. The Word is at war, camps for perceived enemies of the state set up around Europe and in the US. Ireland thinks that might be an Emergency. Northern Ireland in a constant state of civil unrest with rival factions fighting in the streets and civilian targets caught in-between. Sounds like they are having some Troubles up there. 300 deaths to extreme weather. That was a big wind.
